Our Approach to Partnerships
Brivon Resources intends to work with qualified community and service-provider partners as part of its Health-Related Social Needs services. For the nutrition-related component of our intended services, Brivon Resources may work with a qualified third-party food provider to support service delivery, subject to applicable program requirements and approval.
Brivon Resources has not yet finalized specific partnership agreements. As partnerships are established and confirmed, this page will be updated accordingly.
Community Organizations
Organizations that support individuals with housing, food access, transportation, and other everyday needs.
Qualified Service Providers
Providers that can deliver Health-Related Social Needs services in accordance with program requirements.
Third-Party Food Providers
For nutrition-related support, Brivon Resources intends to work with an established third-party food provider rather than operate its own food-production facility.
