Our Services
Brivon Resources is developing services designed to support eligible individuals with identified social needs, including nutrition-related support, subject to applicable program requirements and approval.
Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN)
Brivon Resources intends to focus on Health-Related Social Needs services, with a particular emphasis on nutrition-related support. Because the specific service categories and requirements are determined through the New York State Social Care Network approval process, the exact scope of services offered will be finalized as that process progresses.
Nutrition-Related Support
For the nutrition-related component of our intended services, Brivon Resources plans to work with a qualified, established third-party food provider rather than operating its own food-production facility, commercial kitchen, or retail food business. Any such arrangement will be confirmed and disclosed once finalized, and will remain subject to applicable program requirements.
Current Status
Brivon Resources does not yet offer HRSN services directly to the public. We are in the process of preparing for New York's Social Care Network and are not yet an approved SCN or Medicaid provider.
